1. Acceptance and legal effect
These Terms of Service, Official Sweepstakes Rules, Privacy Notice, Responsible Play Policy, AMOE Instructions, Prize Redemption Rules, and all game-specific rules form one agreement between you and Veyrix (the Operator). By registering, checking the age-and-terms box, accessing the service, purchasing Cold Coins, claiming VYX, or playing a game, you confirm that you have read and agree to this entire document.
If you do not agree, do not register, purchase, claim, or play. Mandatory rights under applicable law cannot be waived by this document. If a game-specific disclosure conflicts with this document, the more specific disclosure controls for that game, except that mandatory law always controls.
2. Important legal-review notice
This platform is being developed as a Canadian social-casino and promotional-sweepstakes service. The Operator must obtain advice from qualified Canadian gaming, contest, privacy, tax, and consumer-protection counsel before public prize operations. Publication of this document is not a legal opinion, licence, regulator approval, payment-provider approval, or promise that the service is lawful in every location.
The Operator identity, legal entity name, business number, service address, and formal legal-notice address must be completed before public launch. Support requests may be submitted through the in-app Support page.
3. Key disclosures
Veyrix is not presented as a real-money casino. Cold Coins are entertainment credits with no cash value. VYX is free promotional currency and is not sold directly. A purchase is never required to obtain VYX. Prize Redemption is a conditional prize-claim process, not a bank account, stored-value account, investment, deposit account, or guaranteed cashout facility.
- Cold Coins cannot be redeemed, sold, transferred, withdrawn, exchanged, or converted into VYX, money, or prizes.
- VYX may be obtained through purchase-independent methods and may be used in enabled games.
- Prize claims remain subject to eligibility, verification, location, fraud, skill-testing, published prize limits, and these Official Rules.
- Game results are chance-based unless a game is expressly identified otherwise. Target RTP is a long-run mathematical target, not a promise to any player or session.
4. Eligibility, age, and territory
You must be at least 19 years old, legally capable of entering this agreement, physically located in an eligible Canadian province or territory, and not prohibited by law, employment obligations, self-exclusion, sanctions, or Operator restrictions. VYX play and Prize Redemption are blocked by default in Ontario and Quebec pending specific legal approval. The Operator may block additional locations where legal, fraud, payment, or operational risk requires it.
Eligibility is determined at registration, play, and Prize Redemption. A billing address, account profile, or VPN endpoint does not prove physical location. The Operator may use IP, device, document, payment, and third-party location signals.
5. Account registration and security
One account is permitted per natural person and, where required for abuse controls, per household, device, payment instrument, telephone number, or verified identity. Registration information must be accurate, current, and complete. You may not sell, transfer, lend, share, or allow another person to control your account.
You are responsible for protecting your password and devices and for promptly reporting suspected compromise. The Operator may require email verification, multifactor authentication, password reset, session revocation, or temporary account locking. The Operator is not responsible for loss caused by your voluntary sharing of credentials, subject to applicable law.
6. VPNs, proxies, location masking, and remote access
You may not use a VPN, proxy, Tor, GPS spoofer, emulator, remote desktop, anonymizing relay, datacentre IP, modified device, or any other method to conceal or misrepresent your physical location, identity, device, household, or eligibility. You may not permit another person to access your account remotely to play or complete verification.
The Operator may block access, require enhanced verification, hold a Prize Redemption, void affected promotional activity, or close an account when reliable evidence shows location masking or remote control. A hold remains subject to investigation, notice where lawful, and applicable consumer rights.
7. Cold Coins
Cold Coins are a limited, revocable licence to access entertainment features. They are not money, property, securities, cryptocurrency, stored value, or a claim against the Operator. Their only permitted use is eligible Cold Coin gameplay and other entertainment features identified in the service.
The Operator may sell Cold Coin packages at disclosed CAD prices. Except where law requires otherwise or the Operator expressly agrees, completed Cold Coin purchases are final once delivered. Refunds do not convert Cold Coins or promotional VYX into cash.
8. VYX promotional currency
VYX cannot be purchased directly. VYX may be awarded through the Daily Wheel, quests, AMOE, promotional codes, administrative promotions, the new-player welcome grant, or as a free promotional inclusion with an eligible Cold Coin package. References to a CAD-equivalent redemption threshold describe claim administration only and do not make VYX purchased value or guaranteed money.
VYX may be played in every game whose VYX mode is enabled. VYX play in a non-slot game is permitted but does not advance a Cold Coin package's VYX Playthrough. Only eligible slot rounds advance that playthrough. Cold Coin play never advances VYX Playthrough.
8A. New-player welcome promotional VYX
Eligible new accounts may receive a one-time welcome grant after email verification and first successful sign-in. The current welcome grant is ten free promotional slot spins on eligible slots. The grant is credited to the restricted promotional-play bucket, is playable only in eligible slot modes, and is limited to one grant per natural person and account.
Welcome promotional VYX carries a 1x VYX Playthrough requirement on the granted amount. Wins from eligible welcome slot rounds also increase the welcome playthrough requirement by the credited win amount at 1x until the welcome requirement is completed. Welcome promotional VYX is not eligible for Prize Redemption until the welcome playthrough is satisfied and other eligibility rules are met.
The Operator may withhold, void, or reverse a welcome grant where duplicate accounts, shared household or device abuse, VPN or location masking, sanctions, fraud, or other material breach is established. The welcome grant is a no-purchase promotional method and does not convert Cold Coins into VYX.
9. Cold Coin packages and free promotional VYX
The base package grants 1,000 Cold Coins and 1 free promotional VYX for each CAD 1 of package value. The item sold is the Cold Coin package. VYX is a free promotional inclusion, is not part of the purchase price, and is also available through no-purchase methods.
Before checkout, the player must choose Basic or one optional promotion. Promotions are never automatic. The server validates package amount, promotion range, Cold Coins, free VYX, playthrough, and maximum eligible-slot play. Browser calculations are estimates only.
10. Optional purchase promotions
Basic package VYX has a 1x VYX Playthrough. The three optional promotions increase the applicable playthrough and add the disclosed Max VYX Play. The entire VYX grant associated with a Cold Coin package, including base and bonus VYX, is restricted from Prize Redemption until the applicable playthrough is completed in eligible slot rounds.
Non-slot VYX play is allowed but contributes zero toward promotion playthrough. A play amount above the active promotion's Max VYX Play does not count and may be rejected for an eligible game round. Cold Coins never affect VYX Playthrough.
A purchased bonus feature, bonus buy, or free-spin bundle is measured using the full VYX amount committed to acquire or trigger the feature, not the smaller denomination displayed for each resulting spin. For example, a 20 VYX free-spin feature made up of 0.20 VYX spins is treated as a 20 VYX play for Max VYX Play purposes and cannot be divided into nominal 0.20 VYX entries to evade the limit.
- Spin Pack 1 (SPIN5): CAD 5 fixed package; 5,000 Cold Coins, 5.00 VYX, and 20 spins @ 0.05 VYX; 120% package value (6.00 VYX total vs $5 price); 3x VYX Playthrough; 2.00 VYX Max Play per eligible game round.
- Spin Pack 2 (SPIN10): CAD 10 fixed package; 10,000 Cold Coins, 10.00 VYX, and 50 spins @ 0.05 VYX; 125% package value (12.50 VYX total vs $10 price); 4x VYX Playthrough; 2.00 VYX Max Play per eligible game round.
- Spin Pack 3 (SPIN20): CAD 20 fixed package; 20,000 Cold Coins, 20.00 VYX, and 120 spins @ 0.05 VYX; 130% package value (26.00 VYX total vs $20 price); 4x VYX Playthrough; 2.00 VYX Max Play per eligible game round.
- Spin Pack 4 (SPIN50): CAD 50 fixed package; 60,000 Cold Coins, 60.00 VYX, and 300 spins @ 0.05 VYX; 150% package value (75.00 VYX total vs $50 price); 6x VYX Playthrough; 2.00 VYX Max Play per eligible game round.
- No bonus: approved CAD 5-1,500 package; 1,000 Cold Coins plus 1.00 VYX per CAD; no bonus; 1x VYX Playthrough; only eligible slot rounds count; standard game limits.
- Promo 1 (150% value): CAD 20-30 only; 150% value Cold Coins and VYX; 3x VYX Playthrough; 2 VYX Max Play per eligible game round.
- Promo 2 (200% value): CAD 40-400; 200% value Cold Coins and VYX; 20x VYX Playthrough; 3 VYX Max Play per eligible game round.
- Promo 3 (300% value): CAD 100-1,500; 300% value Cold Coins and VYX; 35x VYX Playthrough; 5 VYX Max Play per eligible game round.
11. VYX Playthrough accounting
VYX Playthrough is a Prize Redemption eligibility condition attached to VYX included with a Cold Coin package. Basic requires 1x; the optional promotions require 3x, 20x, or 35x. Promotional VYX is credited immediately and remains playable. It is not eligible for Prize Redemption until the recorded eligible-slot play equals the required multiple.
Incomplete playthrough does not by itself forfeit VYX. It means the affected VYX is not yet eligible for Prize Redemption. The Operator may void or forfeit affected VYX only where a disclosed expiry applies, the promotion is rescinded for fraud or material breach, a related payment is reversed, or applicable law and these Rules otherwise permit it.
Server ledger records control playthrough. Voided, refunded, duplicated, self-played, collusive, manipulated, non-slot, Cold Coin, over-cap, or otherwise ineligible rounds do not count. A settled eligible slot round ordinarily counts the accepted VYX play amount, not the prize result.
Naturally awarded free spins, respins, cascades, and bonus rounds inherit the accepted VYX amount and eligibility of the triggering base round and do not create extra playthrough merely because the animation contains multiple spins. A separately acquired feature uses its full accepted feature cost. These rules apply to both Max VYX Play review and playthrough accounting.
12. No Purchase Necessary and AMOE
No purchase is necessary to obtain VYX or enter eligible promotional play. Purchase-independent methods include the Daily Wheel, qualifying free quests, online free-entry requests, published mail-in AMOE, the new-player welcome grant described in section 8A, and other free promotions. Purchase and non-purchase VYX receive the same game odds and are subject to the same eligibility and verification rules.
AMOE instructions must state the required name, account identifier, mailing or online method, request period, limits, and processing time. Requests that are incomplete, illegible, duplicated, automated, mass-produced, late, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the published method may be rejected. No purchase may be required to complete an AMOE request.
13. Game rules, RNG, RTP, and results
Each game description states its rules, target RTP, volatility where applicable, minimum and maximum play, and maximum result multiplier. Target RTP is calculated over a very large number of rounds and does not predict or guarantee any individual result. Prior results do not change future independent results unless a game rule expressly provides otherwise.
The Operator's authenticated server records, append-only ledgers, accepted round data, and settlement records are the primary evidence of play and balances, subject to correction of proven error. Visual animations are presentations of a result and do not create a prize where the authenticated record shows no valid result.
14. Maximum results and prize limits
A valid round cannot award more than the maximum multiplier or maximum result published for that game at the time the round is accepted. A display, client calculation, API request, corrupted state, or software error that exceeds a published maximum does not enlarge the prize. The valid amount is limited to the correctly calculated result under the published game rules and server cap.
The Operator may publish per-claim, per-person, per-day, per-promotion, and aggregate prize limits before participation. Those limits apply prospectively and must be disclosed clearly. The Operator will not deny a valid, verified prize merely because it is large or inconvenient; protection against catastrophic exposure comes from published caps and malfunction rules, not arbitrary nonpayment.
15. Prize Redemption
The default minimum Prize Redemption claim is 20 eligible VYX, and the claimant must have reached at least Bronze 3 VIP status before any Prize Redemption (withdrawal of funds) can be requested. A request is a prize claim under review, not an automatic withdrawal. The claimant must have sufficient unrestricted VYX and complete identity, age, location, duplicate-account, sanctions, fraud, and payment review. A Canadian mathematical skill-testing question must be answered correctly where required.
The Operator may request reasonable supporting documents and may pause processing while information is outstanding. Approved prizes are fulfilled using the disclosed method and timing. VYX moved into a pending claim is reserved and cannot be played. Rejected claims are returned to the correct VYX bucket unless the underlying VYX is lawfully voided.
16. Holds, denials, voids, and forfeiture
The Operator may temporarily hold or may deny, reduce, reverse, or void a Prize Redemption or affected activity when reliable evidence establishes a material breach connected to eligibility, payment, account integrity, game integrity, or the claimed prize. Decisions must be recorded with a reason and remain subject to applicable law and the dispute process.
Grounds include underage or ineligible location; VPN or location masking; false identity or verification data; duplicate or shared accounts; account sale; bots or scripts; collusion; coordinated households; stolen payment methods; chargebacks; payment reversal; AMOE or bonus abuse; exploiting a malfunction; tampering with requests; unauthorized access; sanctions; money laundering; refusal of required verification; or evasion of an active package playthrough.
The Operator may exclude a person from future service at its reasonable risk discretion, but a prospective exclusion does not erase a valid accrued prize unless a separate lawful void ground applies. Ordinary mental strategy, including observing prior play, is not by itself fraud; automation, data extraction, hidden-information access, collusion, or exploitation of a defect may be prohibited.
17. Malfunctions, errors, and interrupted rounds
A malfunction voids the affected result only to the extent necessary to restore the result that the published rules and authenticated server state should have produced. Examples include duplicated credits, impossible balances, incorrect pay tables, stale client state, corrupted requests, unavailable RNG, unauthorized outcome input, or a result above the published cap.
The Operator may reconstruct, settle, refund the accepted play amount, or void an interrupted round using server records. Corrections must be logged. This clause does not permit the Operator to re-characterize a correctly operating losing business result as a malfunction.
18. Prohibited conduct and advantage abuse
You may not reverse engineer, scrape, automate, intercept, modify, replay, forge, or overload the service; manipulate browser state or API traffic; submit a client-selected outcome; exploit race conditions; attempt double-spend; use bots; coordinate outcomes; access hidden data; or assist another person in doing so.
You may not structure accounts or activity to farm free grants, evade promotion caps, recycle the same funds deceptively, manipulate VIP progress, create artificial play, or defeat responsible-play controls. The Operator may use rate limits, device signals, graph analysis, manual review, and account restrictions to investigate these activities.
19. Payments, refunds, and chargebacks
Payment pages sell Cold Coin packages only. The payment provider may impose separate terms, authentication, card-network rules, taxes, and refund procedures. Payment authorization does not guarantee account credit; credit occurs only after the Operator verifies a signed provider event and exact package amount.
A refund, reversal, unauthorized-payment finding, or chargeback may result in removal of the related Cold Coins and free promotional VYX, reversal of associated benefits, suspension, a negative balance restriction, or recovery of an already fulfilled prize where lawful. You must contact Support before filing a chargeback so the Operator can investigate, but this does not limit statutory or cardholder rights.
19A. No refund policy
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, all Cold Coin package purchases are final and non-refundable once the package is delivered to your account.
Cold Coins are non-redeemable entertainment credits with no cash value. Promotional VYX included with a package is a free bonus and is not sold separately; it is not refundable on its own.
We do not refund purchases because of gameplay results, losses, unused balances, expired promotions, account closure you requested, or change of mind after delivery.
We may, at our sole discretion, correct a verified duplicate charge, billing error, or unauthorized payment reported promptly through Support with sufficient detail. That correction may be a wallet adjustment rather than a card refund.
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal without contacting Support first may be treated as a payment dispute and can result in account suspension and reversal of the related credits and benefits.
20. Responsible Play
The service provides self-exclusion, cooling-off, play limits, purchase limits, session reminders, and account-closure requests. Server-side restrictions control over client displays. Attempts to evade a limit through another account, device, household member, VPN, or altered identity are prohibited.
VIP status, promotions, support staff, and prize status never override an active self-exclusion or mandatory restriction. The Operator may impose stricter limits or close an account where activity indicates harm. Promotional messages should stop during self-exclusion as required by law and policy.
21. Identity, KYC, fraud, and compliance
The Operator may verify legal name, birth date, address, province, telephone number, email, payment ownership, government identification, liveness, sanctions status, source of funds where relevant, device, household, and tax information. Verification data must be truthful and may be checked against trusted third parties.
A review may be repeated when risk changes, a large claim is submitted, account details change, a new device appears, or law requires it. Failure to provide reasonably requested information may make a claim ineligible, but data collection must remain proportionate and lawful.
22. Privacy and data use
The Operator processes account, contact, verification, transaction, gameplay, support, device, IP, approximate location, fraud, responsible-play, consent, and audit data to provide and secure the service, comply with law, administer promotions and prizes, resolve disputes, and improve operations.
Data may be shared with payment, identity, fraud, security, hosting, analytics, communications, professional-adviser, and government recipients where necessary and lawful. The Operator should minimize collection, restrict access by role, protect data in transit and at rest where appropriate, retain records for disclosed legal and operational periods, and provide legally required access or correction rights.
Device and IP values may be hashed, but hashing does not necessarily make data anonymous. Cross-border service providers may process data under the laws of their locations. Material privacy practices must be disclosed before collection.
24. Communications and electronic records
You consent to receive transactional electronic communications concerning registration, verification, security, purchases, promotions you enter, account restrictions, legal changes, and prize claims. Marketing consent is separate where required and may be withdrawn without affecting necessary service messages.
Electronic records, timestamps, signed provider events, consent logs, and authenticated account actions may be used as evidence. You are responsible for keeping your email address current.
25. Intellectual property and licence
The service, software, game art, text, audiovisual content, trademarks, designs, and databases are owned by or licensed to the Operator. You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for lawful entertainment use.
You may not copy, sublicense, sell, publish, create derivative works, remove notices, or use the service to train a competing system except where mandatory law permits. Feedback may be used without compensation unless the parties agree otherwise.
26. Third-party services
Payment processors, identity providers, email providers, hosting providers, and game licensors operate under their own terms and privacy notices. The Operator does not control a third party's independent outage or decision, but remains responsible for duties that applicable law does not permit it to transfer.
Links do not constitute endorsement. You must not provide payment or identity information to a page unless its address and purpose are expected.
27. Availability, changes, and account closure
The Operator may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, games, currencies, promotions, or the service. Material changes affecting accrued VYX or an active promotion should be applied prospectively unless required for law, security, fraud, or correction of error.
You may request account closure. The Operator may retain legally required records and may delay closure while a security investigation, chargeback, or prize claim remains open. Closure does not convert Cold Coins into money. Eligible unresolved prize claims remain subject to these Rules.
28. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free software, fitness for a particular purpose, or a particular game result. The Operator does not promise that play will produce a prize, profit, entertainment value, or any specific RTP over a player's session.
Nothing excludes warranties, remedies, or liabilities that applicable law does not permit the Operator to exclude.
29. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, lost opportunity, lost data, or losses caused by unauthorized third-party account access that the Operator did not cause. Any monetary limitation must not reduce a valid prize correctly awarded under these Rules.
No limitation applies to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, privacy liability that cannot lawfully be limited, death or personal injury caused by negligence where non-excludable, or any other liability that law prohibits limiting.
30. Responsibility for your breach
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for reasonable losses, chargeback costs, investigation costs, and third-party claims directly caused by your fraud, unlawful conduct, intellectual-property infringement, or material breach. This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify the Operator for the Operator's own negligence or unlawful conduct.
31. Complaints and disputes
Submit a complaint through Support with the account identifier, affected round or payment, date, amount, and requested resolution. The Operator should acknowledge the complaint, preserve relevant logs, investigate independently from the original decision where practical, and provide a written outcome and escalation path.
Before court proceedings, the parties should attempt good-faith informal resolution for at least 30 days, unless urgent relief, a limitation period, or consumer law requires otherwise. These Terms are governed by the laws of Newfoundland and Labrador and applicable federal law, without removing any non-waivable right to bring a claim in another competent forum.
32. Changes to these Terms and Rules
The Operator may update this document for legal, product, security, or operational reasons. Material changes will be dated and notified through the service or email where required. Changes do not retroactively remove a valid accrued prize or increase an accepted promotion's playthrough unless law requires it or the player expressly agrees.
Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance only where applicable law permits. New consent will be requested where required.
33. General terms
If a provision is invalid, it will be narrowed to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder continues. Failure to enforce once is not a waiver. The Operator may assign this agreement as part of a lawful business transfer if player rights and data protections are maintained. You may not assign your account or claims without written consent except where law permits.
Headings are for navigation. English controls unless applicable law requires another language. This document, accepted promotion details, and game-specific rules are the entire agreement concerning the service, subject to mandatory law.
34. Regulatory sources and counsel review
Canadian promotional contests require adequate and fair disclosure of prize number and approximate value, allocated areas, and material facts affecting chances; they also prohibit undue delay in prize distribution. Canadian Criminal Code restrictions concerning chance, consideration, and prizes are fact-specific. The Operator must have qualified counsel validate the final model, AMOE, skill-testing process, province availability, prize funding, and all published caps before accepting real payments or fulfilling prizes.
Payment-provider acceptance is separate from legal compliance. A provider may prohibit or restrict casino games, sweepstakes, contests, or paid-entry prize activity even where the Operator believes the model is lawful.
